All air-conditioners, in particular those now aged over 5-years, require regular maintenance to ensure a reliable, efficient & healthy AC performance. Now is a great time to arrange this service to avoid summer call-out delays. Having this service completed by us also gains PRIORITY service should you require a following service call back.
Service Details
This service will be completed by November.
- Service completed as per manufactures requirements.
- General duct inspection for ongoing correct air distribution.
- Filter/Cooling Pads checked for any air or water flow restrictions, clean if required.
- Spray protective lubricant where required.
- Test run machine & Controller/Zone function. Check all outlets to confirm the entire system is maintaining the intended performance
- Report any Mechanical Corrosion or Ducting concerns requiring attention.

- We do require internal home access to for this full service.
